Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute consultation. We review your current setup, identify what your books need, and send a fixed-price scope before any work starts. Once you approve it, we connect your accounts, set up or review your chart of accounts, and begin delivering from day one.
Yes. You work with one accountant who learns your business and stays with your account, so you are never re-explaining your situation to someone new. You get direct email access, scheduled check-ins, and a reply within one business day.
Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on your transaction volume and complexity, agreed upfront with no setup fees and no long-term contracts. Monthly bookkeeping starts at $299 per month, and advisory work is quoted once we understand your scope.
